Biomechanical Analysis

What is a Biomechanical Analysis?

A biomechanical analysis involves an assessment of your movement and function. Biomechanical analysis is an important tool for athletes looking to maximise their efficiency of movement in order to improve performance. Our physiotherapist also use biomechanical analysis an effective screening tool to identify and reduce any potential causes of injury from an athlete’s technique.

Our Trinamics team complete biomechanical analysis for:

  • Swimming analysis
  • Cycling analysis
  • Running Analysis

All of our biomechanical analysis are undertaken by trained physiotherapists with a wealth of experience. All of our analysis use a high speed digital camera to capture your movements which are then analysed on specialised software by your physiotherapist.
